Adrak lehsan paste, pisi huee hari mirch aur qeema shamil karke bhoon len. <br />- Phir lal mirch shamil karen aur achi tarha se bhoon lain. <br />- Akhir main dhaniya aur podina shamil karain. <br />- 2-3 min tak bhoon lain aur qeema tayar <br /> <br />Paratha <br />- Ek frozen paratha len aur beech main qeema aur mozzarella cheese shamil karen. <br />- Us ke upper ek aur frozen paratha rakh kar kantay ki madad se seal kar den. <br />- Phir parathay ko taway per dono taraf se darmiyani aanch par pakayen. <br />- Apni pasand kay raitay, chatni ya ketchup ke sath serve karen. <br />Tip: Frozen Paratha ki jaga ghar ka bana hua paratha bhi istimal kia ja sakta hai. <br /> <br />Qeema Paratha recipe in English <br />Ajzah <br />- Mince Chicken 250 gram <br />- Onion (cut in thin slices) 1 <br />- Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon <br />- Garlic 1 Tablespoon <br />- Green Chili 1 Tablespoon <br />- Salt To taste <br />- Red Chili powder 1 Teaspoon <br />- Coriander & mint leaves a handful <br />- frozen parathay 4 <br />- Mozzarella Cheese To taste <br /> <br />Directions: <br />Qeema <br />- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Fry onion until brown, add mince chicken, ginger garlic paste and green chili paste. Cook for 5-6 minutes. <br />- Add red chili powder and let it cook until chicken is cooked well. <br />- Add chopped coriander and mint leaves. <br />- Fry for 2-3 minutes. Your Paratha filling is ready. Set aside to cool. <br /> <br />Paratha <br />- Take a frozen paratha add mince filling and add cheese as much required. Place another paratha over filling and seal both paratha with a fork. <br />- Cook paratha from both sides on a tawa on medium flame. <br />- Serve Qeema Paratha with raita, ketchup or any chutney of your choice
