When we came back from our day trip to the volcano on Isabela Island, we came accross two construction workers who were "plucking" coconuts off a coconut tree with a metal rod. With all her courage and eagerness, Celine asked if they would mind to get a couple for us. And they did. <br />But how do you open a fresh coconut with just your bear hands? Well, Yannick and Celine walked into the first inviting property they found, luckily a restaurant with a small terrasse and a friendly lady, asked for a big knife and after some help and advice from the nice lady, got to taste the juice of a freshly opened coconut. <br />Aaah, the sweet juice of the holiday adventures....
