U.S. Imposes Sanctions on Venezuela’s Vice President, Calling Him a Drug ‘Kingpin’<br />Vice President Tareck El Aissami, according to a Treasury Department statement, was being sanctioned for "playing a significant role in international narcotics trafficking."
