<p>Jules Wainstein caught a break in court today as her divorce battle with estranged husband Michael Wainstein rages on.</p><br /><p>RadarOnline.com exclusively learned that a NYC judge ruled Michael needs to sell one of their apartments after he failed to pay child support or rent for months.</p><br /><p>As previously reported, Michael and Jules were sued after allegedly not paying nearly $72,000 in rent in 2016 for the home she shared with her two children.</p><br /><p>Last month, she was hit with an eviction notice.
