Dramatic footage has emerged from the UK of a fire breaking out in a three-storey block of four flats in Oxford.<br /><br />The video shows flames engulfing the building whilst emergency services reach the area to tackle the blaze. <br /><br />According to reports, at least two people were injured when the blast ripped through the building in Oxford, causing it to collapse. Several are still missing. <br /><br />Around 40 firefighters joined the rescue operation, with the help of urban search and rescue teams from Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes.<br /><br />The cause of the blaze has not been confirmed yet but it is believed it was a gas explosion.
