Footage has emerged of a helicopter carrying rocks to the Lake Oroville auxiliary spillway in attempt to repair it. <br /><br />The footage, shot on Monday in Oroville, CA, USA, shows the helicopter lifting up rocks in order to carry it about a mile further to fill the hole in the spillway.
