SAN PEDRO DE MACORIS, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC — Two radio journalists were gunned down in Dominican Republic on Tuesday morning during a live news broadcast on Facebook. <br /> <br />The shooting took place in the FM 103.5 radio station, which is located inside a shopping mall in San Pedro de Macoris. <br /> <br />The producer and director of the station, Leo Martinez was shot dead in his office. Moments later, the attackers opened fire at the presenter Luis Manuel Medina. <br /> <br />Medina was broadcasting on Facebook Live before the shootings and the sound of gunshots were recorded in the footage before the transmission cuts off. <br /> <br />Three men have been arrested in connection to the shootings but none has been charged as police investigate for motives.
