A cool video has emerged of British chef Ben Churchill creating a dessert resembling eggs royale.<br /><br />In the footage, shot in Hertfordshire, UK on Thursday, Churchill uses "grilled lemon sponge as toast, watermelon to look like smoked salmon, whipped cream poached egg with a runny mango yolk, and hollandaise custard'".
