So try out chef Seema's version of Chicken Masala Sandwich which is very simple and easy to make. It can be a treat to your taste buds. <br /> <br />Ingredients <br />2-3 tbsp oil <br />2 tsp chopped ginger <br />2 tsp chopped garlic <br />2 chopped green chillies <br />1 chopped onion <br />2 chopped tomatoes <br />salt to taste <br />1 tsp red chilli powder <br />1 tsp cumin powder <br />freshly chopped coriander <br />2 tsp tomato sauce <br />1 chopped capsicum <br />250 gms chicken minced, boiled <br />1 tsp garam masala <br />4 bread slices <br />2 tbsp Butter <br /> <br />Method <br />For chicken masala: <br />In a pan heat 2-3 tbsp oil, add 2 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tsp chopped garlic, 2 chopped green chillies and mix well. <br /> <br />Add 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, salt to taste, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, freshly chopped coriander, 2 tsp tomato sauce, 1 finely chopped capsicum, 250 gms boiled chicken mince, 1 tsp garam masala, mix well and let it cook. <br /> <br />For sandwich: <br />Heat the grill pan and grease it with butter. <br /> <br />Apply butter to the bread slices and grill it from both the sides till crisp golden brown. <br /> <br />Spread little tomato sauce on the grilled bread slices and top it with the prepared chicken masala. <br /> <br />Place the other bread slice over the masala and cut it into halves. <br /> <br />Serve it hot with some tomato sauce.
