FRIED OMELETTE WITH TOMATOES <br />--------------------------------------------------- <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />4 eggs <br />1/8 teaspoon salt <br />1/2 teaspoon mushroom granules <br />3 tomatoes (cut in wedges) <br />1 tablespoon garlic (finely chopped) <br />Oil for frying <br /> <br />For Gravy: <br />--------- <br />2 tablespoons tomato sauce <br />1 tablespoon oyster sauce <br />1 tablespoon brown sugar <br />1 1/2 teaspoon of cornflour <br />200 ml water <br /> <br />Method: <br />---------- <br />1. Beat eggs. Add 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon <br /> mushroom granules. <br /> <br />2. In a heated pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil, fry egg <br /> until you get a nice browning. Cut omelette into pieces <br /> and set aside. <br /> <br />3. A teaspoon of oil in pan, saute garlic, add tomatoes <br /> wedges and stir for a few minutes. <br /> Add cornflour mixture and bring it to a quick boil. <br /> <br />4. Add omelette and stir and mix well. <br /> <br />5. Ready to serve with rice or bread.
