<br />Kate Hudson doesn’t need to use dating apps, thank you very much. <br /><br />The 37-year-old actress showed up on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where she was asked if she would ever consider swiping left and right to find dates in her single life. <br /><br />Kate says she “can’t imagine,” but she knows what they are. She tells the talk show, “what’s crazy is that there’s a lot of celebrity types on these dating apps, which kind of makes you go, ‘Oh, maybe. No.’ So what? You look at a guy, he’s hot, and then you see his profile and you’re like, ‘Maybe I’ll text him or maybe we’ll match? Then you start texting and it just goes away?” <br /><br />Yes Kate, that’s pretty much how it works. <br /><br />But Kate’s more of an old-school gal. She tells the talk show, “I just think: Why don’t you just meet a guy in Starbucks? Why don’t you just got up to someone and why doesn’t a guy have the guts to come up and say, ‘Hey, I’m so-and-so. How about we hang out?” <br /><br />Good point, Kate. However, since she is a famous actress, and looks the way she does, we’re pretty sure Kate’s dating app is just called “leaving her house.” <br />
