<p>Justin Bieber allegedly headbutted another man at a party last weekend and now the police are involved.</p><br /><p>The incident happened at the Italian restaurant Serafina in LA. A staff member was supposedly taping the singer messing around with a friend when the Biebs asked him to stop.</p><br /><p>When the guy didn’t stop Bieber allegedly lunged at him.
