US defence chief in Baghdad as Iraqi forces push into Mosul

James Mattis has made his first visit to Baghdad as US defence secretary.<br />About 1,000 US soldiers are advising and helping Iraqi forces, in the offensive to push ISIL from Mosul.<br />
