CHINESE WATERCRESS SOUP WITH PORK RIBS <br />-------------------------------------- <br /> <br />Ingredients <br />----------- <br />300g watercress (wash and cut into 2in length) <br />500g pork ribs (parboil for 5mins) <br />2 honey dates <br />10 red dates (soaked & pitted) <br />8 chinese figs (soaked & rinsed) <br />1 tablsp goji berries <br />1 teasp salt <br />8 cups of water <br /> <br />Method <br />------ <br />1. In a smart cooker or slow cooker boil <br /> 8 cups of water. When water boils add <br /> all ingredients. <br />2. Set the tomer to 4 hours. Set timer <br /> to 2 hours if you dont want a long boil <br />3. After 4 hours the soup is ready to be <br /> served. <br /> <br /> Simply delicious!
