STEAM PORK RIBS WITH FERMENTED BLACK BEANS <br />------------------------------------------ <br /> <br />Ingredients <br />----------- <br />500g pork ribs (cut into small pieces) <br />1 tablsp fermented black beans <br />1 tablsp sugar <br />1 teasp salt <br />1 teasp chicken stock powder <br />1 tablsp finely chopped garlic <br />1 tablsp shaoxing wine <br />1 teasp sesame oil <br />1 tablsp cornflour <br />1 tablsp red chillies <br /> <br />Method <br />------ <br />1. Marinate pork ribs with all the <br /> ingredients except fermemted black beans. <br /> Let it sit in the fridge for 1 hour. <br /> Add another tablsp of cornflour & fermented <br /> black beans to the added to pork ribs <br /> before steaming. <br /> <br />2. Bring the water to boil in a wok or steamer with <br /> steaming rack. <br />3. When water boils, place the place of pork ribs onto <br /> the rack. Cover it lid and let it steam for 12-15 mins. <br /> <br />4. When ready, Server with with hot rice <br /> <br /> Delicious & Yummy!
