A heartwarming video has emerged of a man proposing to his girlfriend from his hospital bed.<br /><br />The footage, shot in Englewood, CO, USA on January 25, captures the moment Trista agrees to marry her boyfriend while their family watch.<br /><br />Only a week before the video was shot, Brandon planned to propose to his girlfriend, however, on January 8 Brandon and his bother-in-law were involved in a freak off-roading accident. <br /><br />They both suffered major injuries but Brandon dislocated his neck and his spinal cord was affected.<br /><br />Although he is still on a long road to recovery, Brandon's injury has not put off his romantic plans.
