A bizarre video has emerged from China of a man shooting a surveillance camera with a slingshot as he waits at a traffic lights.<br /><br />The CCTV footage, captured in Shanghai on February 10, shows the man in a blue minibus aiming his slingshot to shoot at the surveillance camera from his car window.<br /><br />According to local reports, the man named Li considered he waited too long for the light to turn green and lost his temper. <br /><br />Li was arrested by police. <br /><br />++CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN LOOPED++
