<p>Is Matthew Perry</a> finally putting his health first?</p><br /><p>The 47-year-old star was spotted arriving at Los Angeles airport on Feb. 21 looking refreshed — despite suffering some bizarre meltdowns in public over the last year.</p><br /><p>Last year in January, Star reported that Matthew was caught smoking and talking to himself</a> outside a building in London. Then, one month later, he was nearly unrecognizable</a> when he was spotted taking a late night stroll in London by himself.
