Dramatic footage has emerged of a flat fire on Harrow Road in London, UK on Friday morning. <br /><br />The video shows clouds of smoke rising from the residential building while firefighters attempt to extinguish the blaze.<br /><br />According to reports, 72 firefighters were sent to the scene. <br /><br />No injuries were reported.
