A beautiful timelapse video has emerged of clouds rolling in the sky over the Sayan Mountains in Russia. <br /><br />The footage, shot in September last year, shows what is believed to be Asperitas clouds.<br /><br />"Asperitas clouds are so unusual, they weren't officially recognised until June 2015. They are the first new type of cloud to be identified in over half a century," the filmer wrote online.
