MOSUL, IRAQ — A video released by Iraqi soldiers claims that a small puppy was fitted with explosives by ISIS extremists to be used in an attack. <br /> <br />The bomb was made from several bottles filled with explosives and shrapnel connected by electrical wires, according to website Iraqi News. <br /> <br />The Iraqi soldiers in the the video said ISIS militants planned to send the puppy across front lines, and then remotely detonate the bomb. <br /> <br />The soldiers said the device was made to kill or injure up to four people. <br /> <br />The authenticity of the video has yet to be verified, according to Iraqi News. <br /> <br />Iraqi government forces began a major offensive on Feb. 19 to clear western Mosul from Islamic State militants.
