A dramatic video has emerged of a crane collapsing due to strong winds in southern China.<br /><br />The footage, filmed in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province on Wednesday, shows shows the crane crumpling onto the road below. <br /><br />According to local reports, at least two people were kill in the incident while 22 were injured.
