A heartwarming video has emerged from the US of a cat being rescued after he was chased up a tree by a dog. <br /><br />The footage, filmed in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on February 24, shows the good samaritan using climbing equipment to reach to cat, and bring him safely back down to earth. <br /><br />The filmer later wrote online: "He turned out to be a delightfully friendly and cooperative boy, so his rescue was easy. <br /><br />"Since no one knew him and he had no collar or microchip, I named him Coal because of his coal black fur."
