It’s a healthy baby boy for Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott!<br /><br />Tori posted this pic to twitter to announce the arrival of their son Beau Dean McDermott on Thursday who was born weighing in at 5lbs 12 oz.<br /><br />The former reality star couple announced the news to People Magazine in October and since then Tori has been posting photos of her pregnancy all over social media.<br />She told People, “It was a total surprise, but we always wanted a big family. I’m really excited.”<br />Thankfully this time around Spelling did not endure placenta previa— a serious condition that causes severe blood loss, which she experienced during her last pregnancy with son Finn.<br /><br />Dean told People, “The doctor said that considering everything that happened the last time, this a miracle baby.”<br /><br />We’re glad to see a healthy arrival for the loving couple!<br />
