Interview of Lindsey Vonn after Super G today :) <br />©ORF <br /> <br />Translation: <br />Interviewer: Sofia Goggia took your 78th & 79th Win away from you. I think that today you must be a bit mad about this. Is that right? Even though the 2nd Place is great. <br />Lindsey: Yeah it was for sure my best result in the Super G this Season & this was a big step forward. But this 11 hundreths hurted but I know that I can win. I think the hundreths will come back next Season at the Olympic Games. <br />Interviewer: It’s an investment for the Olympic Games. When you analyze your Run did you find the hundreths? Is that possible? <br />Lindsey: Yeah sure. I skied great at the top & also in the middle. But at the bottom I don’t know how to explain that but there were some curves where I wasn’t clean enough. I invested a bit to much & gave to much direction. That were for sure one or two tenths. But as I said it was a good step for me & I’m really happy. Sofia has a lot of self confidence at the moment & for me I’m proud. <br />Interviewer: You’re a person who doesn’t celebrate a 2nd Place like others. How do you have to cope with it? <br />Lindsey: I think everyone thinks that I only should be satisfied with a 1st Place but that’s not true. I understand you. Also my coaches and everyone but for me with my injury I had a difficult Season and this 2nd Place is okay. <br />Interviewer: Congrats Lindsey! <br />Lindsey: Thank you!
