So lets make Carrot Murabba today.<br /><br />Here's the simple recipe!<br /><br />Ingredients:<br /><br />1kg carrots<br />½kg sugar<br />4,5 green cardamoms<br />1 glass of water<br /><br />Method:<br />Clean and peel the carrots. Cut in ½ inch slices. <br />Put them in a wide pot along with sugar, water and cardamoms. Boil them for 2 minutes only, turn off the heat, cover with lid and soak them for 2 hours.<br />After 2 hours cook it on low to medium flame till carrots cook well and syrup turns thick.<br />To preserve it for a longer period cook the syrup till it turns very thick.<br /><br />Gajar ka muraba is ready to eat.
