Joe Manganiello and Sofia Vergara have been one of Hollywood’s hottest couples since they began dating just a little over two years ago. Since then we’ve seen them having romantic date nights, posting loving notes on instagram, and in this case gushing about one another in the press.<br /><br />In the upcoming issue of Cosmopolitan magazine the hunky heart-throb displays his strong romantic side when telling the story of him and Sofia.<br /><br />He tells Cosmopolitan, “I was on a press tour when I found out Sofia was single. My friend is an editor, and told me she was about to make the announcement.”<br /><br />Joe goes on the say that got Sofia’s number from her co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson and then took a flight cross-country to New Orleans to take her out on their very first date. <br /><br />Showing that two were more in love than ever, he told Cosmo, “I wrote her a book as a gift for our first anniversary. It was about how we met, as well as our courting, and was about 40 pages long… I love my wife a lot.”<br /><br />Yes, Joe, yes you do. And we’re loving every minute of it!<br />
