WASHINGTON — U.S. President Donald Trump accused former president Barack Obama of wire-tapping Trump Tower both before and after the election. Trump says it’s “Nixon/Watergate,” but offered nothing to corroborate his allegations. <br /> <br />Obama said neither he nor his White House staff ever ordered surveillance on a U.S. citizen. However, he dodged saying whether the Justice Department or other federal agents conducted spy ops on Trump or those in his orbit. <br /> <br />Either way, Congress says it will probe if the allegations have merit or are #fakenews.
