<p>Scarlett Johansson filed for divorce from her husband Romain Dauriac and now is fighting for primary custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Rose.</p><br /><p>The actress sued her ex in a Manhattan court and called her marriage “broken.”</p><br /><p>Romain’s attorney is planning on fighting the case.
