Not a lot of things about Scarlett Johansson appear to be ugly, but we can’t say the same thing about her divorce proceeding. <br /><br />According to the New York Post’s Page Six, The Ghost in the Shell star is reportedly asking a judge for primary custody of the daughter she shares with soon-to-be ex-husband, Romain Dauriac. <br /><br />She also is apparently suing him in a Manhattan Supreme Court, stating that her marriage is “irretrievably broken.” <br /><br />Dauriac isn’t going down without a fight though. According to Page Six, “He would like to move to France with his daughter and Mrs. Johansson does a lot of traveling.” <br /><br />Scarlett secretly split from her estranged husband in summer 2016 after a two-year marriage, and so far it’s reported that they agreed to alternate custody every week, which led to too much travel for the child. <br /><br />Dauriac is apparently making the claim that his life is revolving too heavily around Scarlett’s travel schedule, which is why a legal custody battle has erupted. <br />
