Paula Patton and Robin Thicke are apparently a far cry from a happy family since their split, and their son, Julian, is not happy.</p><br /><p>The actress accused Robin of physically abusing their son after Julian told school staff that his father spanks him a lot.</p><br /><p>And it seems the allegations may be accurate. According to reports, Paula’s nanny told a 911 dispatcher Julian acted differently with Robin.</p><br /><p>She told cops they need “to intervene” while the 6-year-old waited with his mom in Malibu park and was unwilling to see his father.</p><br /><p>Media reports claim a judge granted Paula a domestic violence retraining order and temporary sole custody of Julian on January 26 after Paula accused her ex-husband of physically assaulting her, cheating on her multiple times, and being addicted to cocaine.</p><br /><p>One of Paula’s statements read: “Given Robin’s history of hitting me with a closed fist, pushing me onto the ground and kicking me.
