A bizarre video has emerged China of a man waving at a surveillance camera after he covered his number plates and reversed to reach a junction.<br /><br />The CCTV footage, filmed in Luoyang, Henan Province on Wednesday, shows a man getting out of a vehicle from the passenger seat and walking toward the front to cover the licence plate.<br /><br />Then, he can then be seen walking towards the back of the car where he directs the vehicle to reverse.<br /><br />Before he gets on the vehicle to leave, he waves his hand at the surveillance camera.<br /><br />The driver was reportedly stripped of his driving license and fined by police.
