A bizarre video has emerged of a driver sitting in his car while it is being forklifted by police. <br /><br />The footage, shot in Handan, Hebei Province last week, shows the driver remaining in his seat as his car is being transported by a forklift.<br /><br />Police reportedly used the forklift to move the vehicle out of the way after the driver broke the rules of the road.
