<p>Little Diesel was under the watchful care</a> of volunteers at Port Stephens Koalas sanctuary after he came into the shelter last November.</p><p>Since then, the orphaned joey has been rehabilitated and quickly established himself as a funny and playful little soul.</p><br /><p>He was weaned and released onto a big tree to gain grown-up koala skills before he is fully released into the wild.</p><br /><p>By the looks of things, Diesel is getting there quickly, with a talent for jumping from branch to branch.
