<br /> <p>A humpback whale spotted off the Devon coast on March 13 delighted onlookers who had gathered on the cliff side at Berry Head in Brixham.</p><p>Martin Parker, who captured video of the animal, said that he had heard rumours that there was a whale in the area, and happened to be filming just as it decided to breach.</p><br /><p>“It was an amazing chance encounter, we had heard it was in the bay, but I don’t think anyone expected to see it as clearly as we did today,” he told Storyful.
