A dramatic video has emerged of a residential building engulfed in flames in China.<br /><br />In the footage, captured in Beijing on Tuesday, bright flames and thick black smoke can be seen rising from the third-floor of the apartment building.<br /><br />Local reports say 27 fire engines were sent to the scene.<br /><br />The fire has been extinguished and no casualties were reported.<br /><br />The cause of the fire is under investigation.
