Footage has emerged of a thick black cloud of smoke rising from an electrical substation on fire in Leicester, UK.<br /><br />The footage, shot on Tuesday, shows vehicles being diverted as they approach the substation.<br /><br />According to local news, 45,000 homes and businesses were affected by power cuts, however the power has now reportedly been restored.
