German Chancellor Angela Merkel and her Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe have kicked-off the opening ceremony of the annual CeBIT trade fair in Germany. <br /><br />Cybersecurity and robotics will be the main attractions in this year's event in Hanover.<br />
