<p>Armed police responded on March 22 to reports</a> of a police officer stabbed at the Houses of Parliament.</p><p>The parliament building was then placed on lockdown, during which time MPs shared photos and video from inside the complex.</p><p>A number of people were injured, reports said. The police tweeted that they were called at about 2:40 pm local time to reports of a security incident at Westminster Bridge.</p><p>Video uploaded to Twitter</a> showed people on the bridge being helped up by other members of the public.</p><br />
