<p>The upper floors of a six-storey building in Ho Chi Minh City were seen up in flames on March 23.</p><p>A report</a> in the VN Express said that a number of explosions were heard during the fire.</p><p>Traders at what reports said was a nearby chemical wholesale market were concerned the fire would spread. The fire, however, was successfully put under control by emergency services. Fifteen fire crews attended the scene.</p><br />
