<p>After weeks of struggling</a> to reach her goal weight, Mama June Shannon is finally right where she needs to be to get her skin removal surgery. But now that the long-awaited day has arrived, the WE tv star is frightened by the thought of facing it alone!</p><br /><p>In an emotional clip from this week’s episode of Mama June: From Not to Hot, June must say good-bye to her daughters, Alana</a> and Lauryn, as she gets ready to head to California for the procedure.</p><br /><p>“This has been a long journey for me, and my kids are part of giving me a second chance in this whole transformation,” she says in the voiceover.</p><br /><p>As the girls give her hugs, June breaks down in tears while holding them tight.</p><br /><p>“I’m always emotional when I leave the girls,” she explains. “I’m going to be leaving them for three weeks, and going into this surgery without them by my side is going to be really hard.”</p><br /><p>Are you surprised Mama June got so emotional saying good bye to her daughters?
