<p>A scrap metal pile sent thick plumes of black smoke into the sky in Baltimore, Maryland after it caught fire on March 24. No injuries were reported.</p><p>Motorists driving through and near the Harbor Tunnel were advised</a> by the Baltimore Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management to expect delays due to the smoke.</p><br />
