Stunning footage has emerged of the once dried up Hala Lake full of water again after half a century in China.<br /><br />The video, filmed in Dunhuang, Gansu Province last Sunday, shows water flowing again after ecological treatment engineering, which started in 2011, brought the lake "back to life".<br /><br />The lake dried up completely in the 1960s after the reservoir was built.
