<p>A second rebel convoy, which left Al-Waer in Homs on March 27</a>, arrived to an opposition-held area in east Aleppo province on March 28, according to pro-opposition sources</a>.</p><p>The convoy left Homs as part of a reported agreement between rebels and the Syrian government.</p><p>The agreement, reached on Monday, March 13, came after a month of escalated shelling</a> of the neighborhood by pro-regime forces.</p><p>This video was shared by a pro-opposition media and is described a showing the rebel convoy arriving to east Aleppo province.</p><p>The speaker in the video says that they arrived to north Aleppo and didn’t find any tents to sleep in.</p><br />
