<p>A thunderstorm kicked up a dramatic dust devil as it swept through Odessa, Texas, on Tuesday, March 28.</p><p>The National Weather Service Midland had issued warnings of hail and high winds for the Odessa area and confirmed reports</a> of a large gustnado in nearby Midland.</p><p>The uploader’s reaction to the dust devil was: “Only in West Texas.”</p><br />
