<p>Is Kim Kardashian</a> desperate to have a third baby? So much so, that she’s willing to endanger her own life? During a family dinner, Kim announced that she’s undergoing surgery that will potentially help her conceive.</p><br /><p>“I have to go in and repair my uterus because I decided I’m going to try to have one more baby,” she tells the table. “Isn’t that exciting?”</p><br /><p>But her loved ones are hesitant. Corey Gamble says, “I don’t want you to, like, do anything risky.”</p><br /><p>In her confessional Kim admits, “Having more kids is definitely going to be a struggle. I’ve gone through so much with really bad deliveries that the doctors don’t feel like it’s safe for me to conceive again myself.
