<p>A weak EF-0 tornado touched down in Monroe, Washington, on Thursday, March 30, causing RVs to overturn at Speedway Chevrolet and RV Center, a RV dealership in Snohomish County.</p><p>This surveillance video from the dealership shows at least two RVs toppling due to the strong and swirling winds. The National Weather Service reported</a> winds reached between 65 and 85 miles per hour.</p><br />
