<p>A powerful storm brought hail, rain, and howling winds to central Louisiana on Sunday, April 2. A possible tornado killed at least two people in Rapides Parish and caused considerable damage to businesses and homes.</p><p>Several thousand people were without power after the storm knocked down trees and power lines. In this video, a tree limb fell on lines in Pineville.</p><p>More storms were expected.</p><br />
