<p>Serbs in Kosovo voted on Sunday, April 2, to elect a new president. Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, a former ultranationalist who now says he is pro-European Union, is expected to win the vote but must reach 50 percent to avoid an April 16 run-off.</p><p>Opposition candidates have accused Vucic, who was endorsed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, of intimidating voters, charges he denies.</p><p>The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) opened four ballot collection centers and polling stations for Serbs in Kosovo.</p><br />
