<p>Following a deluge after ex-Tropical Cyclone Debbie, the flooded Albert and Logan Rivers caused chaos in the Logan area, south of Brisbane.</p><p>City mayor Luke Smith declared a state of disaster</a>, with raw sewage entering waterways and many roads closed.</p><p>According to the Albert and Logan News, 240 homes were flooded throughout the region.</p><p>This video shows a road at Cedar Vale buckling and bouncing under the pressure of an adult male’s footsteps.</p><p>“Water has gone down but there is mud everywhere and most roads out of Jimboomba are still closed,” uploader Amanda Ranger told Storyful.</p><br />
